DMCA Copyright Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2025. FOXZR respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same.

Reporting Infringing Content

If you believe that content accessible via a FOXZR link infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid, your notice must include the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The URL or direct link to the specific FOXZR content you believe infringes your copyright.
4. Your contact information — name, address, email, and phone number.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Submit DMCA takedown notices to our designated DMCA agent via email:

Please include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line. We aim to process valid notices within 2–3 business days.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@foxzr.cc. Your counter-notice must include the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

FOXZR will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Abuse of DMCA Process

Submitting false or bad-faith DMCA notices may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for damages including attorney's fees.
